Legal practice management
Practice management, built for law firms

Your clients trust you.
Your software should earn
that same trust.

Pasqio runs the documents, deadlines, and billing for your firm — encrypted matter by matter, and never sold, shared, or used to train anything.

Inside the product

Three rooms,
one workspace.

The dashboard above is the front door. These are the rooms a firm spends its day in: the vault, the client portal, and billing.

Vault

A matter’s documents, under that matter’s key.

Folders, drafts, signed copies and attorney notes live together on the matter. Every file is encrypted before it is stored, under a key that never leaves the matter it belongs to.

Explore the document vault →
Smith Estate, as the attorney sees it. The lock on every row is real.
Client portal

What your client sees: their matter, and nothing else.

A client signs in to a portal carrying your firm’s name, finds the documents you have shared, pays an invoice, and sends files back that land on the right matter — without ever seeing another client’s file.

See the client portal →
The portal from the client’s side. Shared files one way, uploads the other.
Money

Hours in, invoice out, trust reconciled.

Time logged against the matter becomes the invoice. Funds held in trust are applied on the bill, the client pays by card from the portal, and the trust ledger reconciles without a spreadsheet.

See time, billing and trust →

Privacy & security

Confidentiality is not a feature.
It’s the foundation.

Most platforms hold every client’s files under one key and reserve the right to learn from them. Pasqio holds a separate key for every matter and reserves nothing.

Procurement & diligence

Run your diligence
before the demo.

The documents an IT review or a managing partner asks for are public — and the questions every firm asks first are answered below, in plain language.

Asked before every demo
Can Pasqio read our documents?
Documents are encrypted with a separate key for every matter. A small number of authorized Pasqio staff can technically decrypt content — that is what makes backup restoration and disaster recovery possible — and they do so only with a strict business reason. Routine operations run on metadata, and we never read, mine, sell, or train on your content. The precise commitment is on the security page.
Do you run AI over our documents?
No. Pasqio contains no AI features today, and your documents are never used to train anything — ours or anyone else’s.
Can we bring our files over from our old system?
Yes. Migration is guided: drop in whole folders and they land on the right matters, encrypted and checksummed so you can prove everything arrived. Migration assistance is included.
Do you support single sign-on and two-factor authentication?
Yes — two-factor codes with backup codes, passkeys, and single sign-on through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or any SAML identity provider such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.
Is there a real SLA?
Yes. Our Service Level Commitments are public — a written uptime commitment backed by service credits — and our status page is monitored independently, in the open.
Where is our data hosted?
In the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit. Every third party that touches customer data is listed publicly on the subprocessors page, with what it processes and where.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Your documents are yours — download them whenever you like. Deleted clients and matters are recoverable for 30 days, then permanently destroyed, database records and files both, on an automated schedule described on the security page.
